Should there be any same result within achievers, the final decision will be decided by Coway Management with

11. Pay out by cash incentive and commission payout in February 2022. (January 2022 commission statement)

11. Subject to the decision of management and in accordance to the Movement Control annoucement by
Malaysian government.
