SUBJECT: Investigation report from the alleged stabbing incident that transpired at Purok 2, Barangay
Sampaguita, Padre Garcia, Batangas.

III. FACTS OF CASE

3. On or about 2 pm on June 8, 2022, a phone call was received by the desk officer from
certain Brenzon Lianza. Upon the receipt of the report, the duty investigator was
dispatched to conduct an initial investigation. (Hereto attached is the copy of the Police
Blotter dated June 9, 2022)
4. Upon the arrival at the crime scene, the investigating team discovered the lifeless body
of Jerome Abanador that sustained 3 stab wounds in the neck and a laceration on the
anus. The double knife was also found at the scene. (Hereto attached is the copy of the
Spot Report with reference cite number PGMPS-BI 0609-10)
5. On or about 2 pm on June 8, 2022, while Jerome is on his way home he encountered
Mr. Ramos alyas “Bards”. Mr. Ramos forced him to go to the near motel. The victim runs
immediately but Mr. Ramos chased and catch him in the “Kugunan” in the open area of
the said Barangay. (Hereto attached is the copy of the Spot Report with reference cite

8. The body was brought to Rosales Hospital for the conduct of an autopsy to determine
the cause and manner of death. (Hereto attached is the copy of autopsy report dated
June 8, 2022)

Please be informed that the case of murder was successfully filed before the
prosecution’s office against the suspect named Mr. Ramos.
