Once you arrive, please meet myself(Sandra) or Cynthia in the Backstage tent area to provide

your music. (USB or CDs only, NO cellphones or YouTube songs)

Arrival Time: Please arrive on site 45 minutes before your performance time.

What to Expect once on site:

- performers will be asked to sanitize once entering the tent. We will have designated areas for
each group. There will be tables and chairs spread apart.
- Our stage manager will meet with each group to discuss music, stage and timing.
- A portable washroom and hand sanitizer station will be located backstage.
- Water and snacks will be provided to performers.
- Once your performance is complete, we will be handing out payments. Please advise if you
would prefer the cheque mailed.

Directions and Parking: attached is a map of the parking lot to be used by

performers. There is limited space. Additional parking is available once the lot is full, we will
direct you if needed.

FROM HIGHWAY 401:

• From HWY 401, take the Hurontario Street (Highway 10) exit (Southbound)
• Take Hurontario Southbound and continue to Matheson Boulevard East
• Turn left onto Matheson Boulevard East (Eastbound)
• At first stoplight East of Kennedy Road, turn left onto Rose Cherry Place (Northbound)
FROM QEW:
• From QEW, take the Hurontario Street (Highway 10) exit (Northbound)
• Take Hurontario Northbound and continue past Square One shopping centre as well as
the HWY
• 403 overpass until you reach Matheson Boulevard.
• Turn right onto Matheson Boulevard East (Eastbound)
• At first stoplight East of Kennedy Road, turn left onto Rose Cherry Place (Northbound)
FROM HIGHWAY 403 EASTBOUND:
• From HWY 403 EAST, take the Hurontario Street (Highway 10) exit (Northbound)
• Turn left onto Hurontario (Northbound) to Matheson Boulevard East
• Turn right onto Matheson Boulevard East (Eastbound)
• At first stoplight East of Kennedy Road, turn left onto Rose Cherry Place (Northbound)
FROM HIGHWAY 410/403 WESTBOUND:
• Travelling South on HWY 410, merge onto HWY 403 WESTBOUND
• From HWY 403 WEST, take the Eglinton Avenue East exit (Westbound)
• Turn right onto Eglinton Avenue East (Westbound) to Kennedy Road
• Turn right onto Kennedy Road (Northbound) to Matheson Boulevard East
• Turn right onto Matheson Boulevard East (Eastbound)
• At first stoplight East of Kennedy Road, turn left onto Rose Cherry Place (Northbound)
