- Do you work or are you a student?

Currently, I am a student at VGU, which is a public school. Located in

Ben Cat, Binh Duong city.

- Why did you choose to study that subject?

I am majoring in business administration from VGU university. I chose

business administration because I have a passion for business. I dream of

having my own business. So I decided to study business administration.

- What is the most difficult thing about your studies/ job?

I think my subject is too broad. I need to learn a lot of things that I don't
like like finance, accounting and so on. Because of the above reason, I
had difficulty in my subject.
PART 2
Today, I will tell you about my dream job. The job that I want to do in
the future is to be a customer service manager. Currently, I am a student
majoring in business administration of VGU university. It was the first
stepping stone to my dream. In addition to studying at school, I also
attend short courses. To do that job, I need to graduate with a bachelor's
degree in business administration. In addition, the experience in
customer care. The job of customer care is to do to satisfy the needs and
expectations of customers. It means serving customers the way they
want to be served and doing what is necessary to retain them.You need
to have basic elements such as understanding customer psychology,
knowing how to listen. A good customer service person is responsible
and flexible in all cases.
In my opinion, the most difficult thing in customer service is knowing
how to handle situations quickly. There will be difficult people,
dilemmas that you have to deal with.

I like this job because I like the feeling of bringing happiness to others.
I'm very good at taking care of others so I think this job is perfect for
me.

- Do you think science subjects are more useful than arts subjects?

No, I do not think so. In my opinion, any subject is useful for each of us.
Each subject will have different benefits.
- Are students mature enough to choose what to study themselves
or should their parents decide for them?
In this regard, I think that students are mature enough to decide on their
own majors. Because they know what they like. Parents are only guides,
not decision makers for them.
- In your country, does having a university education help you into
a better career?
In my opinion, the success of each person does not depend on going to
college. Going to college is just one of the ways to a better career.

- Do you think older or younger workers are more motivated?


No, I do not think so. I think both young and old are equally likely to be
motivated. It will not depend on age.

- How can managers increase motivation among their workplace?


In the workplace, increasing motivation depends on many factors. They
must have a goal for doing that. The most important thing is to increase
the sense of responsibility.
- Are people more motivated if their job involves helping others?
Yes, I agree with that. Helping others will make them feel that their
work has a good purpose. They will be proud to do it.
