1. Making of metal piece in Metal Forming & Cutting Analysis
Metal Forming & Performing these operations
Cutting Analysis Turning, Facing, Knurling on the workpiece.
Knurling is a manufacturing process, typically conducted on a lathe,
whereby a diamond-shaped (criss-cross) pattern is cut or rolled into
metal.
Facing is a turning operation often carried out on a lathe.
Turning is a machining process in which a cutting tool, typically a non-
rotary tool bit, describes a helical tool path by moving more or less
linearly while the workpiece rotates.

Engineering 2. Calculate and compare the cost of solar panels use for all electrical

Implement six sigma technique in a textile Company named Ayesha Knitwear.
 Research: - What is the main cause of defects and trying to eliminate these
affect by the help of industrial engineering tools and technique which are
mention above in this CV. Find the cost that they bear due to defects.
 Reduction in rejection rate of garments at Ayesha Knitwear Textile Industry
through implementation of Lean Six Sigma
  Used DMAIC Methodology
 Calculated Six Sigma level of the industry & with the help of Lean Six
Sigma tools, Improve the Six Sigma level & reduce the rejection rate
