Controller Design Requirements:

1) Closed-loop system should have zero steady state response to a step


torque disturbance Td.
2) Bandwidth of the closed loop should be at least 0.4 rad/s.
3) Gain Margin should be greater than 6dB and Phase Margin should be
greater than 60 deg.
