I. PRE LESSON a. Pupils answer 2 questions posed by teacher (What time do you reach
school every day? - present simple and Where are you going after school?
- Present continuous)
b. Pupils compare the responses to the 2 questions written on the board by FA: Exemplar
the teacher by stating the differences (refer pg. 157 of the textbook for
details). Pupils listen to teacher’s explanation where necessary
II. LESSON c. Pupils read the instruction for the Grammar Task (pg 9) and complete the FA: Think-Pair-Square

(NOTE: These activities are suitable for an hour lesson. Please adapt if your
class is 30 or 35 minutes, like mine. I have planned for an 1 hour lesson as it
would be easier to adjust the activities. Besides, this being a sample, it is
beneficial in the future when this lesson needed to be used for an hour
lesson. I will be adapting this lesson for my 35-minute class)
