Welcome to the future of tuitions! You’re about to kickstart your learning journey on BYJU’S
Classes and experience better learning and results with two teachers in every class! To help
you navigate effortlessly through BYJU'S Classes, here’s a quick guide to everything you need
to know about these LIVE classes - from checking your internet speed to joining a class.

Quick-Start Tips

● You can join and attend BYJU’S Classes on your Mobile, Laptop, Tablet or Computer with
audio and video capability
● Your device must be connected to a good internet connection for you to join and attend
classes. You can check your internet speed before joining the class so as to avoid any
interruption
● You can join your scheduled classes:
1. Through your exclusive ‘Think and Learn Premium app’ on your
BYJU’S Tablet / Mobile device
2. Through your ‘BYJU’S Learn portal’ on web

1. How to check your internet speed before joining your class?

It is important to have a good internet speed so that you can attend your classes without any
interruption. Here is how you can test your current internet speed:

● Kindly open www.speedtest.net in your browser

● You will see a new page named SPEED TEST

● Please click on the ‘GO’ button

● Kindly wait for 30 seconds to get the results of your internet speed

● We recommend that your internet speed should be atleast 1MBPS so that you can
attend your classes smoothly

2. How to join your classes through your App?�
Step 1 Go to Playstore/Appstore on your mobile/ Step 4 Click on the ‘BYJU’S Classes’ card on
BYJU’S tablet and search for the homepage
‘Think and Learn premium app’.
Click on install to download the app.

Step 2 Open the app and enter your BYJU’S registered

mobile number*. Enter the OTP that you receive
on your number to complete the login process

Step 5 You will see a schedule of all your upcoming

classes. Click on ‘Join now’ next to your class
scheduled for that day under the ‘For you’
tab. It will take you to the class details page.

Step 3 After entering OTP, If multiple profiles

are displayed, choose the correct profile
and class to proceed.

Step 6 Test your audio and video settings and click

on the ‘Join now’ button to start attending
your class.

*BYJU’S Registered Number: This is the number that you shared

2 with your academic counsellor while purchasing BYJU’S Classes
3. How to attend classes through your BYJU’S Learn Portal

Step 1 Login to your BYJU'S Student portal through Step 4 After logging in, select BYJU’S Classes
the link: https://byjus.com/learn option from the panel on the left hand side.

Step 2 Enter your BYJU’S registered mobile number.

You will receive an OTP on your number which
you need to enter to complete the login process.

Step 5 You will see a ‘Join’ button next to your

scheduled class under the ‘For you’ tab. The
button will become active (turn purple) 10
minutes before the class start time. Click on
‘Join’ to go to the class details page.

Step 3 After entering OTP, If multiple profiles are

displayed, choose the correct profile to proceed.

Step 6 Test your audio and video settings and

click on the ‘Join now’ button to start
attending your class.
