Project Description : This project has done in DCT.
The main objective of this project is to resolve the conflicts that
occur during manual processing. By this project we can write the
examination in online. This project contains questions in C, C++, and Java
etc which are objective types. Time is allotted for each and every question,
if the time is up then the user can’t answer that question. Finally the score
of the user is displayed with grade.
2. Project Name : Call Agent

Back End : MS ACCESS
Project Description : This project has done in B.Tech.
This project is mainly designed for call center activities.
There are three modules in this project.1.Callagent. 2. Manager. 3. Director.
The first module stores the details of customers who make a call including
problems what they told. The second module manages the call agents and
some details about call processing like how many calls the call agent has
attended in a particular time etc,.. The last module controls both the
manager and call agent modules.
