Abstract (200 words ) (This is usually prepared after you complete the report
preparation and then added to the first section of the report) ( 5 marks )
This is a brief overview of the project report. It should include the
• proposed explanation of the project,
• brief outline of the method you used
• summary of the findings
• their implications.
Introduction ( 5 marks )
This section indicates
• the underlying problem you are identified .
• any theory to supports your study
• links between the theory and the problem you are examining
• the problem that you are investigating
Problem Statement (5 marks)
A persuasive statement of problem is usually written in three parts:
Part A (The ideal): Describes a desired goal or ideal situation; explains how things
should be.

Part B (The reality): Describes a condition that prevents the goal, state, or value in
Part A from being achieved or realized at this time; explains how the current situation
falls short of the goal or ideal.
Part C (The consequences): Identifies the way you propose to improve the current
situation and move it closer to the goal or ideal.
Purpose of the Project (5 marks )
To write an effective purpose statement use the below tips:
Specific and precise - not general, broad or obscure.
Concise - one or two sentences.
Clear - not vague, ambiguous or confusing.
Goal-oriented - stated in terms of desired outcomes.
Stakeholders ( 5 marks )
Identify all stakeholders for your project and their roles. You could use a table for it.
Project Action Steps ( 5 marks )
Steps taken to design and implement the project.
Project approach with soft skills ( 10 marks )
This section should provide enough information to allow the reader to understand
how you approached the project and how you used problem solving, negotiation ,
team conflicts , conflict resolution techniques and other soft skills . You should
provide information about:
• who was involved in the project,
• how did you divide the roles,
• relevant characteristics for the project design or prototype
• the materials you used, the formal / informal assessment measures
you used for data collection (if any)
• the procedure you followed, for example,
• what you did (the nature of the activities / intervention),
• where the project occurred,
• how often stakeholder meetings were conducted
• how you used the data you collected, or information received
