1. Have there been any failures that made your life better?

There are 3 things failures that made my life better. Firstly, a failed friendship:
once experience a failling-out wwith a friend, I understand myself a litter bit better
and the life I hope to lead. Secondly, a failed career choice: I’ve never met or heard
of a single individual who figured it out the first time. If you’re going to find your
passion in life, you’re going to have spend a whole lot of time figuring out all the
things that aren’t a right fit. The last is a failed attempt at greatness keep in mind
the difference between failling to be great and failling to even attempt being great.
You learn a lot of from trying your very best and realizing your very best isn’t
good enough – yet.

2. Is there a right time to give up and stop trying? Or should you never give up?

I think sometimes giving up is exactly what we should do. We are taught to

persevere, no matter what, but sometimes that persevere – that unwillingness or
inability to let go – keep us from moving forward from finding happiness, from
adapting to the curve balls that life throws our way. Giving up doesn’t always makr
you a bad person, or failure, or a deserter, or whatever bad thing you’ve been
telling yourself.

3. Someone once said “The two hardest things to handle in life are failure and
success”. What do you think of this?

I agree with this. Failure helps us to gain experience around how to solve problems
or dostacles. It also helps us to new knowledge which will helps us in the future
endeavors, realize our real and helps us to be humble. But to get those things, we
have to overcome failures, and it’s not easy. However, only when we do that can
we truly achieve success.
3. If you experience failure early on when trying something new, do you tent
to give up?

I think everyone experience failure early on when trying something new and I’m
no exception. But I won’t give up on it as long as I can because I know that the
initial failures will be the experience, the driving force that propels me to success.

5. What are disadvantages of being successful in life?

- seldom have time for a family and entertainment.

- can not pay any attention to what happens around yourself.

- No own life, just in pursuit of dreams which sometimes seem to be unable to

reach.

- have to work a lot and this lead to you fell stressful, impossiblity to find a way
out

6. How do you think we should measure success-formal qualifications, size of

house, amount of money in the bank,..?

There is no such thing as a perfect concept of success. Each person will have a
different concept of success, so we shouldn’t measure success–formal
qualifications, size of house, amount of money in the bank,... For me, success is
when I have a happy and comfortable life with the people I love.

7. How much do you think success depends on a) working hard b) optimism c)

luck?

I think success depends 80% on hard work attitude, 10% on optimism, and 10%
luck. If you use an optimistic attitude to expect good things without effort or hard
work, success is definitely not going to come to you. However, sometimes you
work very hard but fail due to a lack of luck. Therefore, it can be said that success
depends on many different factors, and when you have all of them, you will
definitely succeed.

8. What are the advantages and disadvantages of being successful while you are
still a child?

- Some advantages of being successful:

+ Your parents feel very proud and happy.
+ You also get to enjoy your success for longer period of time.
+ When you succeed, you will have more knowledge and experience and
that makes you feel more confident than others of your age.
+ You may grow up to be more independent, able to fend for yourself better
and soon take control of your life.
- Some disadvantages of being successful:
+ being envied by some people.
+ Miss the fun with family and friends.
+ under more pressure than people of the same age.
+ easily become arrogant, shunned.
9. What is more important to you: success or happiness? Why?

Happiness is the most important thing to me. When I am successful, it is unlikely

that I will be happy because successful people have to have great pressures and big
trade-offs. But when I'm happy, it means I'm successful in my own life.

10. How has your definition of success changed since you were younger? In
what ways do you think it might change as you get older?

When I was young, I thought success was when I had a lot of money, a supercar, a
big house, used luxury brands,... And the older I get, I feel the success is when I
can be with my family, take good care of parents and be happy with close friends.

11. If you could be exceptionally successful at one thing in particular, what

would it be? Why?
I think I can be successful in these areas of communication because I am a sociable
and open-minded person who is good at speaking and persuading people. I know
how to listen, am sharp in understanding other people's psychology, and have the
ability to handle situations well.

15. What can we learn from success?

- Accept failure, but continue forward in spite of it.
- Success or failure is dependent upon whether or not you keep at it.
- Sometimes failure simply means changing direction.
- Believe in yourself.
- Success can only grow from failure.
16. Is your idea of success the same as your parents’s idea success?
My idea of success is similar to my parents' idea of success. We all think that
success is not about having a lot of money, success is when we can make the
people we love happy.
17. Do you think people focus too much on appearing to be successful?
Yes, I think we are focusing too much on the surface to achieve success. But are
people with lavish looks really successful? They use too many brands beyond what
they can afford, which only increases the pressure and eventually they become
negative.
