Body Builder prep kit Mixer 02 SPECIFICATION

Volvo has developed a mixer preparation package BP-MI02 based
on the Volvo FM/FMX 6x4 and 8x4 rigid trucks. The solution is up
to Volvo’s high quality standards.

Rear frame adaptation depending on model version Features And benefits

The rear frame length is depending on vehicle specification.
RFL2545 WB3400, 6x4 • Chassis prepared from factory reduces lead time by
RFL2745 WB3700, 6x4 approximately by 4 days at body builder, increases the quality
RFL2345 WB4350, 8x4 and makes the installation easier.
RFL2595 WB4600, 8x4 • The complete vehicle is operational from the first day of
delivery and the entire vehicle is up to Volvo’s high quality
standards.
• Many possible options available.
• Whole vehicle type approved (WVTA).

Below executions are included in BP-MI02

Power Take Off: PTER-100, rear engine mounted clutch
independent power take off with DIN100/ISO7646 flange with
a max torque capacity of 1000 Nm on the PTO. As option there
is also a flange with SAE 1410 (PTER1400).

Pre set engine speed: 4 steps (600 / 900 / 1200 / 1500rpm)

(PCA40011).

Straight cut on rear frame end: Frame rails have a straight cut
at the rear end of the frame (RFEC-S).

Body attachments: Chassis body attachment FBA-BTSF and

Body attachments
extra holes in rear frame overhang for mixer end plate are used
for all configurations. The consoles are mounted on frame rails.
Upper front attachments, bolts, springs, nuts by-packed in cab.

Mudguards on second front axle: Mudguards for wheels on

second front axle (FFEND-B) on 8x4 models.

Preparation kit for cab mounded chassis working lamps:

WLC-PKCH, Preparation kit (cables and switch) for cab mounted
chassis working lamp (connector is located inside chassis frame
rail).
Tail lamp protection box
Tail lamp protection box: Tail lamp protection box in stainless
steel (S93402). The box protects the tail lamps on two sides,
top and back.
