Respected sir,

1. On the face of the said show cause notice I would like to strongly register my
protest which compelled me to reply to the said show cause notice within a
shortest timeframe of 3 days instead of regular 14 days’ period by law.
Additionally, under the prevailing circumstances my reply to the said show cause
notice is bound to be affected by the said shortest timeframe. The said show
cause notice dated 13th June, 2022 issued to me is delivered to me on 14th June,
2022 inter-alia alleging charges namely,
I. My department non-cooperation with institute.
II. Machines are not in running conditions.
III. Non conduction of single practical causing academic loss to student.
IV. Improper handling of department documents.
2. All 4 above mentioned allegations against me seems to be very vague & devoid
of particulars & bases. Those allegations are also devoid of time & date of
occurrence of event/occasion as well as location incommensurate with available
amenities, allocation of funds, free flow of instructions etc.
3. I would like to state that my department is an integral part & parcel of the
“Institute”. The said “Institute” is bound to provide appropriate attentions to the
recommendations, suggestions & complaints of my department for the
betterment purposes however, the same is not well maintained at the Institute’s
end. As a HOD of Dept., I have always maintained good rapport with the
“Institute” so as to keep “Institute” updated “Institute” regarding the conditions,

situations & up gradations required with changing technology in fast pace. The
same can be verified from various recommendation letters/ suggestions/
complaints provided/ forwarded by me from time to time through inspection of
records as well as in various meeting to that extent at your good office. Hence,
the said allegations appear very vague & without conducting appropriate
inspection of the relevant records in this regards.
4. I say that, the allegation in regards to “the machines are not in working
condition” is without verification of the conditions of the machines as well
inspection of maintenance records of the machines & the expenses incurred on
those machines for keeping them in good working order. However, in the said
allegation neither the particulars of the machines are being mentioned nor the
faults in the machines are brought on record hence, the said allegation appears
indiscriminate in its own sense.
5. I say that, the allegation in regards to the “non-conduction of the single
practical” is without analysis of the practical workbooks of the relevant students.
The practical workbooks/ records are well maintained till date & verified by the
concerned authority/designation from time to time in this regards. The marks
obtained by the relevant students in the practical examination is itself a matter of
appreciation, the majority of students (almost 100%) have passed in practical
examination hence, the allegation cannot hold any water hence said allegation
appears as a hearsay.
6. The allegation in regards to the “Improper Handling of the Dept. Documents”
appears absolutely baseless as no particulars of the document or the page nos. in
the particular documents/s is being mentioned in the said allegation. I say &
confirm that, no document in my Dept. is missing/mutilated/destroyed in any
form at any point of time. At the same time, most of the documents are already
in ‘soft copy’ form & securely saved on the “cloud”, Hence, the said allegation
is without any concrete foundation of any sort.
Hence, it is requested to consider my reply to your show cause notice in
optimistic manner with high spirit as every allegation is well replied based on
the facts & documents.

विषय: महाराष्ट्र राज्य तंत्र शिक्षण मंडळ अधिनियम १९९७ क्र.३८(MSBTE ACT No.

XXXVIII of १९९७) अंतर्गत कलम ३२ नुसार कारणे दाखवा नोटीस देणे बाबत.

      महाराष्ट्र राज्य तंत्र शिक्षण मंडळ अधिनियम, १९९७, क्र. ३८ अंतर्गत कलम ३१ नुसार मंडळाला
मिळालेल्या अधिकाराव्दारे
मंडळाने शैक्षणिक वर्ष २०२१-२२
दरम्यान आपल्या संस्थेचे संस्था अवेक्षण के ल्यानंतर अवेक्षणाचा अहवाल प्राप्त झाला आहे.
अहवाला मध्ये नमुद के ल्यानुसार आपल्या संस्थेमधील खालील अभ्यासक्रमांचा संस्था अवेक्षणाचा दर्जा “Poor” असा प्राप्त झाला
आहे. तसेच संस्थेमधील संबंधित
विभागाच्या गंभीर त्रुटी खालील प्रमाणे आढळून आलेल्या आहेत.

गंभीर त्रुटी खालील प्रमाणे आहेत.

    - Insufficient supporting staff in CE, EE

    - Insufficient equipments in CE,  EE,  EJ,  ME  


    - Overall health & hygiene environment needs improvement.

    - Staff salary not paid for more than six months/partially paid.

   उपरोक्त अहवालाचे निरीक्षण के ल्यानंतर हे स्पष्ट होते की, मंडळाने म. रा. तं. शि. मंडळ अधिनियम
१९९७, क्र. ३८ अंतर्गत, कलम
२५ अन्वये आपल्या संस्थेच्या संलग्नीकरणाच्या तसेच मंडळाच्या अभ्यासक्रम अंमलबजावणीच्या ज्या शर्ती व अटी आहेत, त्यांचे
उल्लंघन झाल्याचे दिसून येते. यास्तव म. रा. तं. शि. मंडळ अधिनियम १९९७, क्र. ३८ अंतर्गत, कलम ३२ नुसार आपणासं कारणे दाखवा
नोटीस बजावण्यात येत आहे.

   आपणास कळविण्यात येते की, आपल्या संस्थेच्या व अभ्यासक्रमाच्या वर उल्लेखित के लेल्या त्रुटी संदर्भात, संस्था स्तरावर त्रूटींच्या
पूर्ततेबाबत आपण काय कार्यवाही के ली आहे याचे उत्तर आवश्यक त्या कागदपत्रासह दि. 01/07/2022 पर्यंत मंडळाकडे
(Hardcopy) सादर करावे. तसेच त्रुटी पूर्ततेची माहिती Online पद्धतीने Institute Monitoring Login मधून डाव्या
बाजूच्या Online Compliance Menu मध्ये भरणे अनिवार्य आहे. उत्तर प्राप्त न झाल्यास आपणाला काही म्हणावयाचे नाही असे
गृहीत धरून आपल्या संस्थेतील उपरोक्त प्राप्त "Poor" दर्जा असलेल्या अभ्यासक्रमाची संलग्नता काढू न घेण्याबाबत योग्य ती पुढील
कार्यवाही के ली जाईल, याची नोंद घ्यावी.
