1. As per DepED Memorandum No. 127 s.20'14 re: ADM|N|STRAT|ON OF 2014-2015

NATIONAL ACHIEVEMENT TEST (NAT) AND LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT FOR
PRIMARY GRADES (LAPG), Schools Divisions are instructed to submit the data on
updated actual Grade 3 enrolment of public schools to the NETRC. Kindly submit the
said data to the division office using the EXCEL format, tabulate the data in a matrix
found below:

2. Likewise, DepEd-NETRC Advisory re: NAT AND LPAG, dated January 2e, 2O1S
requires the submission of the following:
a. Names and actual number of Grades 5 and 6 public school teachers with
permanent positions (for pretest)
b. Number of Grades 'l and 2 teachers who took the pre{est in 2012 (for post test).
Please submit the said data to the division office using the EXCEL format,
tabulate the data in a matrix found below:
