Sir:

We, the PTA Officers and Teachers of Biga Elementary School, are requesting your office to immediately vacate
the school ground of Biga Elementary School, Dupligan, Tanudan, Kalinga for the following reasons to wit:
1. The proper area of the School Gulayan sa Paaralan established is being affected due to the stockpiles you
have made in the said area;
2. The school should be maintained as Child-Friendly environment but due to the presence of your quarry and
stockpile our objective for this program would be a failure to the disadvantage of the school children;
3. There is no such law that school ground premises can be utilized as project quarry or stockpile area for any
government projects;
4. The verbal agreement you made with the incumbent school head, Mrs. Jo-Anne T. Dao-wan, PTA president,
Anacito Calubat and Kagawad, Jason Dulyongan, for which you were allowed to temporarily use the school
ground as your stockpile for two (2) months have already lapsed and you even exceeded the agreement by
putting up your quarry/stockpile.

In this regard, we are pleading that you will finally remove whatever construction materials or equipment you
have deposited or stockpiled within the premises of the Biga Elementary School on or before the last day of October
2020.

We hope and pray that you will understand our side which is purely for the good of the school as a government
premises.
