leader and manager. To include Basic Course for District ALS Coordinator in 2008, School Head’s Basic enhancement Training Workshop on Educational Management in

Development Program and National Board Conference(PDP-NBC). In addition, he has attended Education Summit, Peace Education Integration in School Curriculum

and passed Teach Excel, an International Course for School Heads offered by the Seameo Innotech. Aside from that, he has attended School Heads Development
