Malabuan High School is under the leadership of a male principal who does both instructional and administrative functions equipped with formal training in
Educational Administration.
As, a school head, he has attended and participated municipal, divisional, regional, national, and international trainings in order to hone her KSA’s as a school
leader and manager. To include Basic Course for District ALS Coordinator in 2008, School Head’s Basic enhancement Training Workshop on Educational Management in
2009. In 2010, he has also attended various training and seminars such as Technical writing Seminar , Training on Quality Management System, 30th Principal’s
Development Program and National Board Conference(PDP-NBC). In addition, he has attended Education Summit, Peace Education Integration in School Curriculum
Seminar-Workshop, Division Online Encoding and Updating on Learners’ Information System for Public Elementary and secondary Schools. And in 2015, he has enrolled
and passed Teach Excel, an International Course for School Heads offered by the Seameo Innotech. Aside from that, he has attended School Heads Development
Program:Foundation Course in 2017 and Regional Colloqium on School effectiveness Cum Sharing of Best Practices in the Implementation Projects on the School Heads
Development Program: Foundation Course in 2017.
Not only he is active with trainings involving leadership and management, he is also an active coach in Sports and has attended various training relative to it.
