Ma’am;

Tamped High School will celebrate it’s 3rd foundation anniversary, this March 23,
2024. The school is expecting 270 participants composed of internal and external
stakeholders that will participate in different contests agreed by our planning team.

Relative to this, we would like to request for a provision of parabolic tent/s to

be placed at the school’s courtyard that serves as a venue of different school events.

In addition, partakers in attendance in series of school activities conducted,

thereto experienced the warmth weather, thereby great burden were meted out.

If our request will be granted, we will surely be turning back to your kind and
favorable approval, rest assured that the stakeholders and learners will benefit your
support and generosity.

May the omnipotent God, shower you his blessings as you lead and serve our
fellow Cotabateños. Thank you!
