    Dear Msgr. Alcala:

    Good day!

    In recognition to my services rendered on the previous school year 2019-2020. I am writing to you to express
    my intention of continuing my job as a teacher at Mt. Carmel School of Siargao. I have been with the school for
    5 years. I hope to renew my employment contract and continue teaching in your honorable and distinguished
    institution.

    As a teacher, I have made positive contributions not only for the students but to the school as well. I will serve
    the school with integrity, dedication and loyalty towards the betterment of educational system in our
    community. Rest assured I will follow all the rules and regulations promulgated under the educational system
    that we practiced and promote for enhancement of knowledge intended for our school children.

    How and pray that you will kindly consider the granting of my renewal request, above mentioned, GOD willing.
