Finance i.e., Statutory/Internal Audits , Financial Accounting Services for the client.
Preparation and finalization of financial statements of entities to ensure statutory compliance with the
various acts and standards.

Accounts

Statutory compliance like Service tax ,TDS, Income tax return , VAT return.
Preparation of various supporting reports using MS Excel.
Debtors/ Creditors management or reconciliation.
Analyze client’s month to month transactions and review journal entries .

WORK PROFILE AND RESPONSIBILTY-

A) TAXATION

Handling Assessment Proceedings; reviewing tax status and evaluating tax exposures
Conducting Tax & Statutory Audits.
Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes (Income Tax, Withholding Tax (TDS).
Supervise Junior Tax Accountants and Bookkeepers
Monthly reviews of G/L and Financial Statements issued
Audit financial records to determine tax liability for large and small businesses.

B) ACCOUNTING

Designing and implementing accounting system & procedures ; supervising the timely preparation of
statutory books of accounts and finalization & consolidation of group accounts.
Cash Flow Management
Monitoring and ensuring the preparation of bank reconciliation statements for reconciling cash and bank
balances involving active coordination with bank authorities.
Day to day accounting data entries in Tally 7.2,
Review of Purchase system from control standpoint and passing of bills/invoices in the accounting system
 Handling the complete accounting function
Reconciliation and Review of Accounts, Intercompany balances including bank accounts.
Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and calculation of depreciation along with its accounting
Drafting of Financial Statements after scrutinizing the trial balance in line with the accounting norms.

C) AUDITING

Preparation of audit program and scope before starting the assignment.

Audit briefing meeting with management to understand the nature and business.
Finalization of audit observations with the support of audit evidence.
Drafting of Audit Reports and discussion with departmental heads and final audit discussion with senior
level management.
