Faculty Login for KTU

This document details the steps to be following by Faculty members for logging on to the KTU e-
Gov portal. Faculty members can login, change their password and view their profile. More features
will be added in course of time. Faculty members can login regularly and check for updates.

Login

Faculty members can login to the KTU e-Gov portal by providing their KTU Faculty Unique Id as
the username and date of birth (ddmmyy format without any symbols in between) as the password.
If date of birth is not provided for any faculty, he cannot login to the system.

For example, if the KTU Faculty Unique Id of the faculty is KTU-F23077 and date of birth is,
20/09/1988, the login details will be as below.

Username : KTU-F23077
Password : 20091988

Change Password

When the Login button is clicked for the first time, the following screen is displayed. Please provide
the new password in the Password and Confirm Password text fields.

Once the password is changed, faculty details can be viewed as shown below.

Profile View
When the Personal tab is clicked, the following screen is displayed.

Edit Contact Details

If your cell number or email id is missing or needs correction, you can provide those details by
clicking the Edit icon. The following screen is displayed.

Please click the Save button after providing the details.

Print

You can click the Print button to print your details.
