UNIT 11: This is my family
1. Hỏi kia là ai và trả lời (Hỏi về mối quan hệ gia đình)
- Who’s that? He’s my father.
- Who’s that? She’s my mother.
2. Hỏi tuổi 1 người nào đó và trả lời:
- How old is your sister? She’s nine years old.
- How old is your father? He’s forty- two years old.
Topic: talk about your family
My name is ……..I am ….. years old. There are four people in my family. My
father is forty- two years old. My mother is thirty- seven years old. My sister
is two years old.

UNIT 12: This is my house

1. Chỉ các phòng trong nhà:
- There’s a living room.
- There’s a kitchen.
2. Hỏi những thứ có trong và ngoài ngôi nhà:
- Is there a fence? Yes, there is.
- Is there a garden? No, it isn’t.
Topic: talk about your house
Hi! My name is ……….This is my house. It is big and beautiful. There is a
garden in front of the house. There are trees and flowers in the garden. There
are three bedrooms. The living room is large, but the kitchen is small. There
isn’t a garage in my house.

UNIT 13: Where’s my book?

1. Vật gì đó ở đâu? (1 vật)
- Where’s the poster? It’s there.
- Where’s the ball? It’s here.
2. Các vật dụng ở đâu? ( từ 2 vật trở lên)
- Where are the balls? They’re under the bed.
 - Where are the rullers? They’re on the table.
Note: khi hỏi 2 vật trở lên thì danh từ phải thêm ‘s’ (ex: ball  balls)

Topic : talk about your room.

This is my bedroom. There is a bed in the room. There is a lamp next to the
bed. There are some photos on the wall. There are some balls under the table.
There are some books on the bookshelf.

UNIT 14: Are there any posters in the room?

1. Hỏi về các vật dụng trong phòng?
- Are there any sofas in the room? Yes, there are.
- Are there any maps in the room? No, there aren’t.
Note: sau ‘any” thì danh từ phải thêm ‘s’ (ex: any sofas)
2. Hỏi về số lượng các vật dụng?
- How many cups are there? There are five cups.
- How many glasses are there? There are two glasses.
Note: sau ‘How many’ thì danh từ phải thêm ‘s’ (ex: How many cups)
Topic: talk about the kitchen.
Hi. My name is ___. This is our kitchen. There is a cupboard near the gas
cooker. There is a table and there are six chairs. There is a rice cooker in the
cupboard.

UNIT 15: Do you have any toys?

1. Hỏi ai đó có đồ chơi nào không?
- Do you have a doll? Yes, I do./ No, I don’t.
- Does she have a ship? Yes, she does./ No, she doesn’t.
Note: trợ động từ ‘do’ đi với chủ ngữ số nhiều (we, you, they, I)
Trợ động từ ‘does’ đi với chủ ngữ số ít (she, he, it)
Topic: talk about your favorite toys.
I have many toys. Here are my favorite ones. I have a robot. It is blue and red.
I also have a green kite. My yo-yo is yellow and my plane is blue. I have a
soccer ball, too. I always play soccer with my brother.
UNIT 16: Do you have any pets?
1. Hỏi ai đó có con thú cưng nào không?
- Do you have any parrots? Yes, I do.
- Does she have any rabbits? No, she doesn’t.
2. Hỏi vị trí các con vật (con vật đó ở đâu?)
- Where are the cats? They’re in the garden.
- Where are the goldfish? They’re in the fish tank.

Topic: talk about your friends’ pets

My name is………My friends have some pets. Mai has a dog. She keeps it in
a dog house. Nam has two parrots. He keeps them in the cage. And Lan has
five goldfish. She keeps them in the fish tank.

UNIT 17: What toys do you like?

1. Hỏi ai đó thích đồ chơi gì?
- What toys do you like? I like trucks.
- What toys does she like? She likes kites.
Note: Trong câu trả lời, động từ ‘like’ để nguyên khi đi với chủ ngữ số
nhiều (We, You, They, I)
Trong câu trả lời, động từ ‘like’ phải thêm ‘s’ khi đi với chủ ngữ
số ít (He, She, It)
2. Hỏi ai đó có bao nhiêu đồ chơi?
- How many planes do you have? I have three planes.
- How many yo- yos does Linda have? She has four yo- yos.
Note: trong câu trả lời, động từ ‘have’ đi với chủ ngữ số nhiều và động
từ ‘has’ đi với chủ ngữ số ít.
Topic: talk about your friends’ toys
Mai, Nam and Hoa are my friends. They have different toys. Mai has a kite.
It’s pink. Nam has three trucks. They are red and blue. Hoa has four dolls.
UNIT 18: What are you doing?
1. Hỏi bạn đang làm gì?
- What are you doing? I’m listening to music.
2. Hỏi ai đó đang làm gì?
 - What’s he doing? He’s reading a book.
- What’s she doing? She’s cooking.
Note: động từ tobe ‘is’ đi với chủ ngữ số ít và động từ tobe ‘are’ đi với
chủ ngữ số nhiều. Riêng ‘am’ đi với chủ ngữ ‘I’
Topic: talk about your family’s activities now.
My family is at home now. My father is watching TV in the living room. My
mother is cooking in the kitchen. My sister is drawing a picture in her
bedroom. I am learning English on the computer.

UNIT 19: They’re in the park.

1. Hỏi ai đó đang làm gì trong công viên?
- What are they doing ? They’re cycling.
2. Hỏi về thời tiết nơi nào đó như thế nào?
- What’s the weather like? It’s stormy.
- What’s the weather like? It’s rainy.
Topic: talk about you and your friends’ activities in the park
My name is………..I am in the park now. I am playing with Mai, Nam and
Phong. Mai and I are playing badminton. Nam and Phong are playing
basketball. The weather is fine. It is cool.
UNIT 20: Where’s Sa Pa?
1. Hỏi nơi nào đó ở đâu?
1- Where’s Ha Noi? It’s in north Vietnam.
2- Where’s Hue? It’s in central Vietnam.
2. Hỏi khoảng cách của 2 nơi nào đó?
- Is Ha Long Bay near Hue? No, it isn’t.
- Is Da Nang near Hue? Yes, it is.
Topic: Talk about the place you have a holiday
My name is ……….My family is in Da Nang. It is in central Vietnam. It is far
from Ha Noi. It is near Hue. There are many beautiful bridges here. People
are also friendly. I love this place so much.
