Congratulations! This is the final step of your self-guided onboarding. Your goal for this step is:
You may be aware of the 3--2--1 Rule. Well, with Veeam, you can move toward the enhanced 3--2--1--
1--0 formula!
Having off--site, air--gapped backups is a critical step in planning your data availability strategy.
Veeam® provides a plethora of features and processes to help ensure you can get back on your feet
should disaster strike. We’ll start with these four:
• Backup Copy Jobs — ensure backup archives are available in different locations, whether onsite
or offsite.
• Capacity (and Archive) Tier — move and copy backup data to cloud storage, be it in public cloud,
hosted cloud or even on premises object storage.
• Replication — have a warm standby of your workloads to power on quickly just in case.
With Veeam, replication comes in two options: regular and continuous
• SureBackup — ensure the integrity of your backups with recovery verification.
This concludes the onboarding guide. If you have additional questions or feedback, please feel free
to contact our Onboarding Team at veeam.customersuccess.onboarding@veeam.com.
