Items Description
Dresses Will arrange dresses for each family member and bride and groom dresses for the event

Caterers(Food) Will hire the caterer’s service for food and will specially see that there should be fresh food
from the vendor restaurant and should be halal, 3 days before that is 9th April.
Flowers For the function we will purchase flowers for different events like yellow flowers for Haldi
and white flowers for full body and over all Jasmine and roses for the main event around
two cartoons of flowers for each event will be required And roses for welcome in the guest
Gifts Gifts for guest and the family members would be arranged there will be requirement of
approx 100 gifts For the event as well as functions.
Invitations Our company will make the wedding binder templates and will see the wedding invitation
card designed with grace and elegance to the 50 guest along with some beautiful item, 9
days before, that is 3rd April.
Cake Will arrange the party cake and will decorate and also include the names of bride and
groom
Guest Book The prepare a guest book for 50 guest and will check accordingly through the card names ,
6 days before, that is 6th April
Photographer Photographer would be hired along with a videographer for capturing the event and
climatic photographer additionally acquired for different attributable photos.

Decoration For the decoration we will choose a color style theme based decoration for different
functions different color themes will be used for example mehndi green color will be used
haldi yellow color will be used and different designs for the main entrance decoration and
stage will be decorated accordingly along with the dance area the whole hall would be
flower and decorated accordingly and we will be requiring decoration items.
DJ Music Will hire DJ and will arrange for the music party
Engagement ring and Will arrange the engagement ring and other jewellery stuff that would be required
Jewellery throughout the wedding event

Hotel Rooms Will book the hotel rooms for the guest that would be arriving and a special room for the
bride and groom
Transportation We will arrange the parking facility for personal vehicles that would be coming through
and Parking Facility the guest and only vehicle for bride and groom will be decorated
Welcome Baskets There will be welcome baskets for the gas that would be there which will include some
snacks and other materials
Anker Will hire the anchor for the stage performances and all the citations and vows
Choreographer Choreographer would be there for all the performances and preparations
Beauty and spa Makeup artist beauty products and all the kinds of services for guest would be there
Mehndi Artist When the artist would be there for the mehendi function and all the function would also be
there
Heaters Heaters would be arranged in case of cold rain and proper shelter would be there
Doctors Team of doctors would be hired in case of any emergency or sickness
Book Venue We will book the venue for 12th April at 30th Ellington Avenue West 7 days before that is
5th April.
Generator A power Backup invertor and Generator will be rented out for the event
Book Singer Entertainer and a singer will be booked for the event along with music selection
Pandit Pandit will be booked for completion of all rituals for wedding,
 Total Budgeted Cost Estimation

 Client “Mr. Rohan Saxena” has agreed to fund the ceremony and has allocated the budget of $1000.

 We will make the cost budget for $800 and will make the profit of $200 in this wedding event
