 PURPOSE

Purpose of a wedding is to celebrate the marriage. A wedding ceremony's

prime function is to provide the bride and groom an opportunity to make promises to
each other. Those promises form the basis of their marriage and give the officiating
clergy the right to pronounce them man and wife. So care should be taken to be
certain that the promises, if kept, will make their marriage fulfilling and secure. And
the entire ceremony should emphasize and clarify those promises to the friends and
family that attend.

OBJECTIVE

• To ensure best allocation of the wedding budget.

• To use fresh international trends & yet ensure that traditional elements
are not lost.
• To use our knowledge of wedding vendors & unique design ideas to
create a fabulous wedding.
• To upcoming trends and understand your need totally.
• To take the coup stay abreast with couple’s vision & turning it into
something that is creative & unique reflecting their style & personality.

AUDIENCE

The possible audience are the relatives, some close friends and office
mate and the family. The total number of guest include family and friends are
100 persons.

BUDGET

The client budget is around Php 250,000.00 for their wedding. That will
cover all the expenses for this event, and payment for the staff and other matters

MEASURES
 Measures

3months before wedding

Collect and start to compile the papers need for the wedding. Discuss the budget of the
client then discuss the theme and formality of the wedding. Plan the venue and select the colour
scheme. Check the availability of the wedding date.

Begin to search and shop for accessories need and start to look for the beach resort for the
venue. Book the caterer, videographer, photographer, musicians and florist. Look for the dress
shop for the bride’s maids, maid of honour, grooms men and best man.

Look for the design of the gown for the bride. Set up an appointment for the florist to the
flowers and centre piece need. Start compiling the name and addresses of the guest list discuss
the menu options and cost with in.

2 months before wedding

Finalize the reservation for the wedding and the hotels for the guest, the beach for the
wedding ceremony. Fit the gown for the bride’s maids, maid of honour, grooms men and best
man. Find and book the hairstylist and makeup artist.

Buy the wedding rings. Look for the groom’s attire. Final fitting of the bride’s maids,
maid of honour, grooms men and best man. Confirm the wedding officiates. Meet with the
Dj/Musicians to discuss song list name, name pronunciation, etc. Confirm the number of
bouquets, centrepieces with the florist. Schedule the pre-nuptials photos. Confirm all the
reservations.

4 weeks before wedding

Check the wedding vendor’s arrival or delivery time on the wedding day. Finalize the
seating chart and the guest list. Have the program printed for the ceremony. Confirm the all the
services and reservations. Give the final count of the guest to caterers and confirm all the details.
Check the wedding locations.

Check the list of things to-do and make sure all bases are covered. Give the invitations to
the relatives and guest. Give the payments and fees for the staff. Make sure all wedding
accessories and décor has been drop off.

Beach weddings are extremely popular all the year round because they
are the most romantic and relaxing. Wearing a gorgeous flawy wedding dress,
