- Collaborating with videographers and photographers to capture
memorable moments.
Ushers/Usherettes:
- Assisting the bride and groom, coordinating with the master of
ceremonies.
- Guiding guests to their seats, managing gift reception, overseeing
souvenir distribution, and handling event shutdown logistics.

BF Wedding Planner commits to delivering seamless event planning, design, and
coordination for the services outlined in this agreement. We aim to make your
wedding celebration flawless and will diligently address any unforeseen
circumstances.
- The client is required to pay a 50% down payment to initiate event preparations.
- The remaining payment, along with a 10% contingency fund, must be settled
one week before the event.
- Additional expenses incurred will result in extra charges.
- This agreement concludes upon the completion of services.
- Any modifications to this agreement require written consent from both parties.
- In the event of cancellation, refunds are limited to unused or non-refundable
fees and out-of-pocket expenses.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the
event.
