1.4. Job Responsibility 岗位职责:

 Provide technical support to customers via phone calls, emails etc.;
 通过电话、邮件等远程方式为客户提供技术支持；
 Responsible for the installation, commissioning, acceptance and verification of our equipment;
 负责设备现场安装、调试、验收及验证工作；
 Responsible for the maintenance of equipment within and outside the quality guarantee period;
 负责设备质保期内外的维护工作；
 Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions;
 客户现场进行设备问题及技术故障诊断，提供合理的解决方案；
 Support and train customers on the product solutions that have been purchased;
 为客户提供所购设备的培训及支持；
 Build positive relationships with customers;
 维护良好的客户关系；
 Produce timely and detailed service reports;
 准时提交客户服务报告；
 Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization, provide Input on new designs and enhancements to
existing products.
 通过组织内部信息共享机制，与设计团队密切配合，为公司现有产品的改进、优化提供支持。

 Education/Degree Requirements: University degree with preference in science and technology;
 教育背景：理工科类本科学历；
 Language skills & proficiency: Fluent written & spoken English are essential

 Computer proficiency – knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

 Adapt to frequent travel or overseas dispatch;

 具有较强应变能力，有责任心，对人热情，具有良好的团队合作精神；
