Bo Burge, Inc. looks forward to providing Customhouse Brokerage services to your

company. U.S. Customs regulations require a licensed U.S. Customhouse broker
to provide a copy of either his bill for services rendered or a copy of the entry to
the importer unless that obligation is waived by the importer or if the purchase is
delivered duty paid. Specifically, 19 CFR 111.36 provides, in relevant part:§ 111.36
Relations with unlicensed persons.(a) Employment by unlicensed person other
than importer. When a broker is employed for the transaction of customs
business by an unlicensed person who is not the actual importer, the broker must
transmit to the actual importer either a copy of his bill for services rendered or a
copy of the entry, unless the merchandise was purchased on a delivered duty-
paid basis or unless the importer has in writing waived transmittal of the copy of
the entry or bill for services rendered. It is our understanding that you, as
Importer representative of desired to waive the requirement that Bo Burge Inc
Services provide you a copy of our bills or entries that we would otherwise be
obligated to provide.

We will be glad to follow your wishes on this subject upon your execution and
return a copy of this letter, signed where indicated below. This waiver can be
withdrawn if requested in writing and confirmed by Bo Burge Inc.

IMPORTANT: If you are the importer of record, payment to the Broker will not
relieve you of liability for Customs charges (duties, taxes or other debts) in the
event the charges are not paid by the Broker. Therefore, if you pay by check,
Customs charges may be paid with a separate check, payable to “U.S. Custom
Service” which shall be delivered to Customs by the broker. Importers who wish
to utilize this procedure must contact our office in advance to arrange timely
receipt of duty checks.
