INSTALLATION PROGRAM

Good day ladies and gentlemen. We are about to begin our installation
program so please find a seat and make yourself comfortable, let me remind
you also to turn your cell phones to silent mode and be courteous around
you by refraining from talking aloud. We encourage you all to express your
pride by applauding and cheering. Thank you!
Emcee: To formally start the program, let us all rise for the invocation to
be led by the Kudlas Performing group. Please remain standing as we pay
allegiance to our country by singing our Pambansang Awit and this will be
followed by the singing of the Provincial Themesong and Municipal Hymn
to be led by the same performing group.

I. Acknowledgement of the Guest:
Emcee: A pleasant morning to everyone! We thank you all for gracing this
occasion. We are very delighted to welcome all of you to our school, and
extend the warmest welcome to those who have traveled from distance. I
would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your presence at this
memorable occasion. It is indeed a pleasure to have you all today.
We are very lucky that with us today to grace and to witness our occasion
are the dignitaries of the barangay….. (Name of the guests and visitors)
In behalf of my colleagues, I wish you all a convivial welcome.
II. Opening Remarks:
Emcee: And now to give us the welcome address, may I call upon on our
assiduous and compassionate SHS Coordinator and Grade 11 Archery
Adviser, let us all put our hands together for Mr. Miguel N. Laurio.

Rationale: (reason or explanation for something
Emcee: At this point in time, to read to us the rationale, is one of the finest
diamonds of Barasanan National High School. She has undergone a lot of
sharpening that paved the way to be in the place where she is now. Ladies
and gentleman let us all welcome our Guidance Coordinator Mrs. Imelda
M. Riego.

Welcome Dance:
Emcee: Hold your breath as the Kudlas Performing group renders a cordial
welcome dance to all of us.
Let’s give way for the Kudlas Performing group as they welcome us in
today’s Installation Program. Let’s give them a resounding applause
Message of Amity:
Emcee:
“A faithful friend is a strong defense; and he that hath found him hath
found a treasure.”
Now let’s welcome on stage the indefatigable Father of our municipality.
Friends, ladies and gentlemen let’s give a big round of applause for Hon.
Jose Maria Fornier.
Emcee: Thank you so much Mayor for a very inspiring message.
Intermission Number:
Emcee: At this juncture, we will be entertained again by the Kudlas
Performing Group.
Let’s give them a reverberating round of applause
(After the performance) Thank you Kudlas. Let’s clap again for the
fascinating performance of the group.
Installation Ceremony:

And now to lead the installation ceremony, let us welcome our Chief
Education Program Supervisor from the Curriculum Implementation
Division of the Deped Antique, Dr. Gaudencio C. Riego in behalf of our
Assistant Regional Director, Office of the Assistant Regional Director and
the concurrent Officer In charge, Office of the Schools Division
Superintendent Dr. Victor G. De Gracia Jr, CESO V, Director III.
Ladies and gentlemen, let’s give him a round of applause.

The Call of Challenge:
Emcee: “If your path is more difficult it is because your calling is higher.”
May I now relinquish the microphone to Dr. Riego for the Call of challenge
to our newly installed Principal II, Mrs. Cheryl D. Villanueva.
The Retort of Assurance:
Emcee: Now it is my honor and privilege to introduce to you the woman of
the hour, our beloved and newly installed principal Mrs. Cheryl D.
Villanueva. Ma’am may we request you to come on stage for the retort of
assurance.
Song of Gratitude:
Emcee: Let us see and hear what the Barasanan NHS Faculty and Staff have
prepared today. The staff will draw strings in our hearts and add their
soothing voice to cherish our souls by chanting a song of gratitude.
Presentation of Gifts of Appreciation:
Emcee: I call upon the Faculty and Staff of Barasanan NHS to present a
memento to our beloved principal as a token of love and appreciation.
Message of an Educator:
Emcee: “We teach and we touch lives forever.”
At this juncture, we will hear the response of an Educator in acceptance
and to express the words of gratitude to our newly installed principal. Let
us welcome our SHS Teacher II, Mr. Jasper Jason Ceballos.
Intermission Number:
Emcee: Let us all again be entertained by the Kudlas performing group.
Messages:
Emcee: The next dignitary to honor us with his presence is the Education
Program Supervisor- Filipino. Let us all welcome Mr. Celestino
Dalumpines.
Emcee: Thank you so much sir.

Emcee: I consider it a great honour to welcome on stage the beloved Father

of our Barangay. Together let us put our hands in welcoming our Barangay
Captain, Hon. Johnny C. Frencillo.

Thank you Kap.

Emcee: He represents one of the most important stakeholder of the
school—the parents. A dedicated and supportive president of the Parent
Teachers Association. Let us all welcome on stage Mr. Jose Allan J. Onin.
Emcee: Thank you to everyone who came up this stage to provide their
aspiring speech and sharing their words of wisdom with us.

PART III
INDUCTION PROGRAM
Emcee: At this point, may I request on stage our honorable Mayor--- Mayor
Jose Maria Fornier to call the induction ceremonies to order. School Board
Members, General PTA and HOMEROOM PTA Officers, SSG Officers,
Class Officers and School Club Officers.
Intermission Number:
Emcee: Today’s event, indeed would be very dull without this talented and
amazing talents. Again let’s give it up for the Kudlas Performing Group. A
round of applause.
Inspirational Message:
Emcee: Again let us all welcome back on stage our beloved municipal
mayor to have an inspirational message. Let’s give him a round of applause.
Response: And now we will hear a response from our PTA president Mr.
Jose Allan J. Onin.
Intermission Number:
Emcee: This event shall not end without hearing some words from her. Let
us welcome the SHS teacher and Grade 12 Fortitude adviser Mrs. Faith
Laurio. Let’s give her a round of applause.
Emcee: And that concludes our activity. May I now request our guest to
gather for the photo opportunity. After which, may we invite everyone
to please partake of the food that shall be served to us shortly. Thank
