PROJECT NAME
PROJECT SUMMARY
In the close monitoring activities on the filed cases in the court in the past period
by this station, it was found out that out of seventy three cases filed in the court by the
investigators, twelve (12) or 16.43 % were either lowered or dismissed by the Provincial
prosecutors due to insufficient elements indicated in the affidavits of arresting elements
or by technicalities committed by the investigator on case or vice versa , and in some
instances, accomplishments that are considered very valuable becomes the opposite
because criticism arouse from simple lapses which most probably suspects sought to
find and later on used as instrument for harassment against the personnel.
In the past period, this station has numerous accomplishments in terms of Police
Operations yielding to a considerable solution efficiency nevertheless its personnel
have been criticized by some because of minor inaccuracy cause of technicalities
committed during the arrest, filing of cases etc and these inaccuracy serves as a hedge
in the competency of personnel although and it must be avoided if the workforce was
refined enough in criminal procedures, Laws and Jurisprudence.
For these reasons, the station has found solutions to this problem by tapping the
support of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court based in this municipality and the Integrated
Bar of the Philippines-Tarlac Chapter with office based in Tarlac City to provide the
personnel performing field duties regular review thru seminars and lectures.

To date, there were still minimal lapses committed but it is literally reduced while
personnel have gradually gained more confidence as they perform their lawful duties in
the field.
It has also strengthened the relationship of two vital members of the Pillars,
between the law enforcement and court and bridge gaps and past misinterpretation of
both parties. The review/lecture conducted between the PNP personnel and the private
and public counter parts in the courts is a potential threat to those commits infraction of
the laws as enhancement of competence commences.
