blackmailed slave and to give her my complete attention.

I hereby agree and in fact wish to provide Mistress Aryanna with the above personal
information for the purpose of being of being consensually blackmailed. By filling out this
form I agree that I do this of my own free will and that Mistress Aryanna has the last say
about the contracts changes or terms. I provide the information freely and voluntarily. I
have not been coerced or defrauded into providing such information and understand that
release of this information by Mistress Aryanna will be of Her own discretion.

Once this document is filled out and submitted, all information is sole property of Mistress
Aryanna and she can do with it as she wishes. I, further agree to follow explicitly and
unquestioningly instructions, unless such instructions are illegal or physically harmful to
another. I understand that failure to explicitly and obediently follow such instruction will
invoke the release of any or all of the information provided above to the designated parties

I understand that this contract is for a three month trial period. I understand that after a
three-month period, I have the right to cut all ties with Mistress Aryanna and that she will
destroy all the info that I have provided, even though during the duration of the three
months all
information is her property. I understand that Mistress Aryanna if she so chooses, she has
the right to change any terms at any time during the three months.

I understand that tributes are due once a week but if Mistress Aryanna chooses she may
request more at any time. If I do not wish to break ties with Mistress Aryanna, she will have
full control over when I am or if I am ever released, and that must be in the form of a letter,
signed by Mistress Aryanna in order to take effect. If at any time I do break my ties with
Mistress Aryanna and I return after the three month period, the original contract starts over.
