MATERIALS

• LION BRAND® STITCHBIRD (Art. #218)

#501 Seagull 3 balls
• LION BRAND® circular knitting needle size 10.5 (6.5 mm), 29 in. (73.5 cm) long
• LION BRAND® stitch markers
• LION BRAND® large-eyed blunt needle

GAUGE
14 sts = about 4 in. (10 cm) in K2, p2 Rib worked in rnds, slightly stretched. BE
SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.

NOTE
Cowl is worked in one piece in the round.

COWL
Cast on 112 sts. Place marker for beg of rnd. Join by working the first st on the
left hand needle with the working yarn from the right hand needle and being
careful not to twist sts.

Rnd 1: *K2, p2; rep from * to end of rnd.

Rep Rnd 1 for K2, P2 Rib until piece measures about 14 in. (35.5 cm) from beg.
Bind off loosely.

FINISHING
Weave in ends.
