Discofix® portfolio: Three-way stopcocks for infusion therapy

Three-way stopcocks enable the connection of different infusions at the same time and
provide the possibility for injection or aspiration.
Potent drugs, such as anesthetics, cytostatics or antibiotics can stress stopcocks so se-
verely that critical damage occurs. These damages disturb the infusion therapy and can
endanger the patients. An underdosage with essential drugs, air embolism or microbial
contamination is possible.
