Introduction Guide

Hubstaff:

your efficiency.

Welcome to your lading-page!

Once you download and install it, you


must start tracking your time, by
pressing the play icon in the middle.
Dashboard:

This is the dashboard once you access


to your account through the Hubstaff
official website or the desktop app* ( *
see next page) and log into the
platform.

dashboard through the desktop app, in
case you have forgotten the password.

Once you’re on the dashboard section,
you can:

View the general activity

When you go to see your activity, you’ll
see this tab, which displays the time
1 2 you’ve worked so far 1 and its comparison
with previous days or shifts 2 along with
the activity or the productivity you put on
that project, by typing and hovering with
the mouse.
Here we show you the screenshots taken
by the software and the level of activity,
showing the tabs you have opened at the
moment, (random) of the shot.

NOTE: Keep in mind that your


productivity is based on the typing,
hovering and clicking you do while
working, not the complexity of the task
itself.
