About Company: We are a tech-based company focusing promoting healthcare companies.
Job Context: Hospitals mainly specializing for instance, diabetes, mental health, etc. are
permitted to advertise on our marketplace app introduced by retail pharmacies to the patients.
The candidate must coordinate hospital-pharmacy partnership, in which hospitals select the
coverage territory and we select the retail pharmacies for them.
Job Position: Manager
Job Responsibilities:
 Establishment of sales goals and the monitoring of the organization's performance
toward those goals
 Creating and implementing into action the necessary operational procedures to
achieve maximum growth.
 Collaborating with hospitals and retail pharmacists to support the marketing effort
being run by hospitals.
 Participating in the planning of the future development of both products and markets.
Skills:
Excellent in oral and written communication, ability to think critically thinking, intellectual
flexibility, ability to handle complex datasheet and extract knowledge from those.
Educational:
The candidate is expected to have degrees on business and healthcare. Degrees on
information technology are a plus point.
Work Experience:
More than three years of experience working with the top management and relevant
departments of hospitals. Experience launching a new product or business is a plus point.
Salary & Benefits:
Starts from 50000 tk 5% gross margin as bonus if the targets are met and 2 Festival Bonus
