managing, monitoring, and ensuring all aspects of day-to-day classes are run and running successfully &
smoothly my professional expertise aligns closely with the responsibilities outlined in your job advertisement.

In my role as School Facilitator, Design and run various systems to enhance the experience of running a Digital
Cilsy School product class. Manage, monitor, and ensure all aspects of day-to-day classes are run and running
successfully & smoothly. These aspects are: Make sure the online classroom is set up properly, make sure the
instructor is ready to teach that day, calculate the teaching hours for the instructor, and make sure the
technical aspects are ready for that day's practical material (Server ready, etc.), etc. Work with feedback,
marketing, and product teams to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of ongoing classes. Make monthly
reports related to the effectiveness of classes that have been running.
