Crunchy & Crispy Chili Keto Crackers

Ingredients

• 3 ½ oz almond flour.
• 1 oz butter (salted).
• ½ egg (whisked).
• ½ tsp xanthan gum.
• ¼ tsp baking powder.
• ¼ tsp garlic powder.
• ¼ tsp chili powder.

Instructions

• Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.


• In a small pan melt the butter until almost melted and set aside.
• In a bowl, mix together flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, garlic and chili powder until
well combined.
• Pour in the butter and mix until evenly covered. Stir in the whisked egg; stir until a dough
begins to form and knead into a ball. Cover with cling film and freeze for 5 minutes.
• Roll the dough between two sheets of baking paper and then cut into 1” x 1” crackers.
• Bake in the oven for 10 -12 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly to become
crispy.

Sensationally Superb Seeded Crackers

Ingredients

• 1 cup boiling water.


• ⅓ cup almond flour.
• ⅓ cup chia seeds.
• ⅓ cup sesame seeds.
• ⅓ cup sunflower seeds.
• ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds.
• ¼ cup coconut oil (melted).
• 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder.

Instructions

• Preheat the oven at 150 degrees.


• In a large bowl, mix together flour, psyllium husk and all seeds. Gently stir in boiling water
and oil with a wooden spoon until a dough is formed.
• Knead the dough into a ball. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and roll out the
dough evenly.
• Place the baking tray in the bottom of the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes until completely
browned.
• Turn off the oven and leave crackers to dry and cool.
• Break into bite sized pieces.

Cracking Cheesy Crackers

Ingredients

• ½ cup almond flour.


• ½ cup parmesan (grated).
• 3 tsp hot water.
• ½ tsp onion powder.

Instructions

• Place flour, cheese and onion powder to a blender and blend until well combined.
• Add water (one tsp at a time) until small dough balls are made.
• Transfer to a large bowl and hand mix until a large dough ball is formed.
• Between two sheets of greaseproof paper, roll out the dough until thin and almost
translucent.
• Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough vertically and horizontally to create the crackers.
• When cracker shapes are created, pierce each cracker with a fork.
• Place dough on a plate and microwave for 1 minute, check and repeat. Turn the plate
around and repeat the process.
• Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes and then cut into cracker squares.

Beautiful & Brilliant Buttery Crackers

Ingredients

• 2 ¼ cups almond flour.


• 2 large egg whites.
• 8 tbsp salted, softened butter.

Instructions

• Preheat the oven at 175 degrees.


• In a blender, blend flour, butter and egg whites until a smooth dough is formed.
• Between two pieces of greaseproof paper, roll out the dough until 4 mm in thickness.
Remove the top piece of greaseproof paper and transfer the bottom piece, along with
dough onto a baking tray.
• Using a pizza cutter, score the dough into 1” cracker squares.
• Bake for 14 - 15 minutes until crackers are golden in color. Allow to cool and the break
along scored edges.

Perfectly Punchy, Pesto Cracker Crunches

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ cups almond flour.


• 1 garlic clove (crushed).
• 3 tbsp butter.
• 2 tbsp green pesto.
• ½ tsp salt.
• ½ tsp baking powder.
• ¼ tsp black pepper.
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper.

Instructions

• Preheat the oven at 160 degrees.


• In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, pepper, baking powder, cayenne pepper and garlic
until well combined.
• Stir in the pesto and butter and mix until a firm dough is created.
• Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper; roll the dough until evenly 2mm in thickness.
• Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
• Allow to cool and cut into pieces.
