• Other academic doubts.

• Administrative inquiries.

• Technical issues

Below there is an explanation of how to solve every doubt


according to the typology.

Doubts about study materials
When you have any doubt about the concepts included in the study
materials (contents, appendix, readings) you can solve it inside the
campus.

Never use the teacher’s e-mail or any other private communication


means for this type of doubts since it is really enriching for other
students to be able to participate in the answer, hence creating
dynamic debates.

Access the course where the doubt was raised and see if it has been
solved in Frequently Asked Questions.

If not, write a post to the Questions and answers forum, where the
subject’s teacher and also your peer students will give you a reply.

Doubts about corrected exercises
When the doubt is related to any assessed task it is convenient that
you think if such doubt will be useful to the other peer students.

If so, you may post your doubt in the Questions and answers forum of
the course related to the doubt, with a prior confirmation that it is not

For the rest of academic doubts, it is always convenient to ask yourself if it will be
useful for the rest of peer students.

If so, you may post your doubt to the Questions and answers forum as long as it is
linked to a course.

When the doubt is not linked to a course, you may ask the Program’s coordinator
accessing to the section General Resources through the internal messaging system.

Similarly, when the doubt is of no use for the rest of student, you will have to get in
touch with the Teacher’s course (if the doubt is linked to the course) or with the
Program’s coordinator (when it is not linked to any course) through the internal
messaging system.

The teacher’s contact data is available at the section Virtual Tutoring and the contact
data from the Program’s coordinator in the section General resources of the program.

Administrative inquiries

Contact with the Academic Secretariat using the regular means


(telephone or mail)

You may also contact through the transversal link Academic Record
located at the left menu visible in every page of the Campus.

Technical issues

Before an eventual technical issue, do not contact with the academic


staff, for they will surely will not know how to solve it.

In this case, ask the Technical Support, located at the left transversal
menu visible in every page.

In this way, you will have access to a section where you will be able to
raise your doubt.

Try to add screenshots or enough data so that technical support can


solve it as fast as possible.
