Working process
1. Enzyme or protein solution was prepared by adding 1mg of enzyme or proteins into a 10
ml Phosphate Buffer Saline (PBS pH 7.0)

2. Polymer solution was prepared by mixing 100g of chitosan in 10ml of water with 2% of
acetic acid.

3. For blank, PBS solution was placed into cuvette.

4. For control, the mixture of enzyme with PBS only was placed into the cuvette and was
let to rest for 24 hours.

5. As for the test, the mixture of enzyme with PBS and chitosan was placed into the
cuvette and was let to rest 24 hours.

6. The samples absorbance reading was taken by UV-vis Spectra under 406nm wavelength
and was recorded.
