the RP Dragon Boat team who has won two (2) gold medals in the 2019
SEAG to be included in this year’s line-up for the National Dragon Boat
Race of the Women’s division as she is medically and physically fit to
perform in the upcoming Southeast Asian Games based on her medical
records.

I am confident that Ms. Sicat possesses the qualities that any athlete would
find desirable. I would strongly recommend for her inclusion. Her self-
discipline, work ethic, and excellent leadership qualities as a veteran would
without doubt make her an asset to the team as well.
