COACH/ ASSISTANT COACH RECOMMENDATION/S:

Ms. Jaena Kate Sicat is not qualified to join the National Team for the upcoming 31st
Asian Games due for a fact that based on my professional evaluation as an Assistant
Coach for the Philippine Dragon Boat Federation (PDBF) for the past FIFTEEN (15)
years and personally trained her ever since I entered as an Assistant Coach for the
team Ms. Sicat is not ready to paddle her way to the Asian Games.
