Below you find information that will help you to get comfortable and safe while you are in MOON
VILLA. We are here to help you feel home away from home. Hope you enjoy your stay!

A Security deposit of RM400 per apartment / condominiumwill be collected

before/during check-in at our Reception counter and refunded in full upon check-
out once we have checked for any damages and / or breakages during the stay.

Check-in time is at 3PM onwards and check-out time is at 12PM.

Late check out is subject to availability and additional charges are applicable for
late check out as follows:

Before 1 pm (F.O.C)

Before 4 pm – ( RM60)

Before 6 pm – (sRM80)

After 6 pm – full day charge

HOUSE REMINDERS

EMERGENCY
If there is an emergency, please use the telephone and dial “911”. Tell the operator whether
you need POLICE, FIRE or AMBULANCE. PLEASE, KEEP SAFE AT ALL TIME

SAFETY
Never open the door to strangers. Check with us before you let someone enter our home.

FOOTWEAR
Shoes must be taken off when you enter the house, and you can keep your slippers at the
entrance for you to wear as soon as you enter the house. Please, do not use outside shoes inside
our home.

YOUR BEDROOM
Please keep your room tidy and in order. NO FOOD or DRINKS are allowed at any time in the
bedrooms. You can bring water in a safe container, like a water bottle. Once a week, we will
vacuum your room. For that purpose, please do not leave things on the floor.
SHOWERS, BATHS & WASHROOM, WIFI

Please, leave the washroom clean when you are done shower or used the bathroom.
Remove all hair and leftover soap, if necessary, off the floor, counters and bathtub and leave the
bathtub clean & rinsed.
Kindly limit your time in the shower to 15 minutes to allow others to use it. Make sure you open
the window to “air” the bathroom and turn on the fan for 15 minutes after you are done.
We not provide towels AND WIFI for you to use.
Please be respectful to quiet time.

KITCHEN
Please clear away any of the dishes that you use, and clean up after yourself in the kitchen. You
can help yourself with food if you need it.

SMOKING & ALCOHOL

This is a NO SMOKING HOME. No alcohol is to be drunk in our house.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony & patio area, any smoking inside the
house/ apartment will result in penalty of RM200.

QUIET TIME

In order to ensure a peaceful occupancy, all guests are requested not to make too
much noise in the apartments during their stay. All guest are requested to respect
“Quiet Time” from 11 pm to 6 am.

PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS
Please talk to us if you have any problems or concern. We will do the same if needed. We want
you to have a pleasant experience with us. Please respect our requests and our belongings.

Wifi -

We hope you enjoy your stay with us! We are looking forward to getting to know you better!

Durians, Smoking, Drug, Gambling, or any other activities that are against the Law
of Malaysia

No Pets are allowed during your stay in any of our accommodation.

No shoes are allowed inside the house, a penalty of RM50 will be imposedfor any
shoe marks found on the floor.

Any illegal activities & vandalismin the common area will be reported
to Police or authorized department.

Guest should follow the Facility’s Rules & Regulationset by the Building
Management, guests are kindly requested to read before using the facilities.

BBQ Pit & Function Rooms are for long-term staying guests, any use of these
facilities without permission will result in the forfeit of deposit

Lost or damage of parking device, parking access card and accommodation access
card, keys will attract a fee of RM100.

House should be left in good and clean condition. Extra charges of RM50 will apply
if units are left in a dirty and messy condition.

Any breakage or damage of any equipment and / or furniture will be charged to the
guest accordingly to the inventory price list.

The management will not be responsibility for any dangerous activities, illegal
activities and loss of valuable items during the stay due to guest negligence.

Guests are requested to park their vehicle at the designated parking lot and parking
is at guest’s risk.
