I. Interview of the Applicants

In light of the increasing number of COVID-2019 cases in the country and for the
safety of everyone, the Personnel Selection Board (PSB) conducted the interview of
applicant for Education Program Supervisor online through google meet.
The committee members in attendance agreed that the rating for interview shall be
the basis for Psychosocial Attributes/Physical Characteristics (5 points) and Potential (5
Points). There were two (2) applicants for the said position, others were old applicants and
refused to participate in the interview again. Only nineteen applicants participated in the
interview. Their names and scores are written in the following table including the old
applicants;

II. Assessment of Applicant’s Documents

The committee convened to review the documents of the applicants together with the
conduct of the interview. Prior to the rating of the documents, the following were
unanimously agreed by the committee:

The position requires 40 hours of relevant training in its quality standards.

Assessment Proper of Documents

The documents submitted by the applicant were assessed according to the
guidelines set for the position per DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2007 “Revised Guidelines on the
Appointment and Promotion of Other Teaching, Related Teaching and Non- Teaching
Positions”. The points given were based on the merit of the documents submitted. Below
