1 SAFETY INSTRUCTION
This manual is designed for operators who are not acquainted with the machine, so please
follow the instructions to operate and adjust the machine step by step. If you cannot
thoroughly understand some of the instructions, please ask experienced technicians for help
or contact us. Thank you!

Note: Please read this user manual in detail before taking any action to operate the machine!

⚫ This machine is driven by 110 or 220 VAC. The voltage should


fit for the power standard of the machine and should always
stay within the security limit.

⚫ Only engineering technicians are allowed to make adjustment


of the machine, but any adjustment is forbidden while the
machine is running. Failure to follow this warning may expose
the operator to danger.

⚫ Do not place the machine near high temperature or


inflammables. The places where are not stable or where the
machine will be crashed easily are also not suitable to place
the machine.

⚫ To prevent from getting electric shocks, the machine cannot


be placed in a humid environment.

⚫ Do not attempt to remove/replace parts or to use the


machine for any other purpose other than what is
recommended by us.

⚫ Do not randomly apply lubricants to any part of the machine.

3 Before Operation
3.1 TRACK MODEL ADJUSTMENT

Step1 Loose screw nut①. Adjust routing board A, make the board at a bit larger

distance of 2 units of capsules between board and track edge.

Adjust routing board B, make the board at a bit larger distance of 1 units of

capsules between board and track edge, but only one unit capsule can

pass.

Step2 Loose screw nut②. Adjust routing board③,make it parallel with the other

side. The distance should be just passing for one pallet. You can put one

capsule at position ④ for adjusting convenience. If the capsules exist

tolerance, please choose the biggest one for adjusting.

Step3 Loose screw nut⑤. Adjust height of board for only one unit capsule can

pass, and would not stick capsules.

Step4 Loose screw nut⑥. Adjust routing board ,make the board at distance of

3-5 units of capsules between board and track edge, and would not stick

capsules..

Step5 Tighten the screw nuts after adjusting.

3.2 Outlet Adjustment

⚫ The gate marked as ○


1 controls the feeding volume while vibrating.

⚫ Loose both of knurled thumb screws marked as ○


2 to adjust the gate.

- Big size product: lift up the gate.

- Small size product: narrow down the gate.

3.3 Bottle Bracket Adjustment

STEP1 Loose the screw nut marked by ○


1 . According to the bottle

height, adjust bracket height, and make the gap of bottle

neck and outlet smaller than 1 unit of pallet.

STEP2 Loose the screw marked by ○


2 . Align the bottleneck with

outlet.

STEP3 Tighten screw after adjusting.。

3.4 Counting Adjustment

⚫ If the left bottle contains one more capsule than the right bottle, please

adjust the red mark A to the right for 1-3mm, until the numbers are equal

after testing repeatedly.

⚫ If the capsules numbers differ more than one, please re-adjust sensor.

The value of sensor indicates the sensitivity of object detection. The

lower the value is, the more sensitive the sensor it will be. The higher the

value is, the more insensitive the sensor it will be.

For example:

1. The setting number is 50, but comes out 51 capsules. The sensor is too

sensitive, you could increase the value.

2. The setting number is 50, but comes out 49 capsules. The sensor is too

in-sensitive, you could decrease the value.

Please refer sensor setting to 3.5 V31 Optical Amplifier.

⚫ If the capsules are more than setting number:

1. Adjust height limit in 3.1 Track Model Adjustment.

2. Strengthen sensor sensitivity; please refer 3.5 V31 Optical Amplifier.

3.5 V31 Optical Amplifier Setting
Normally, please do not randomly adjust optical amplifier.

Press adjusting button to select

“ Reset User”.

Press the mode button to confirm

resetting.

up sensor sensitivity. Usually, we

start testing the value at 200.

3.6 HMI Control Panel
MONITOR PAGE
⚫ STATUS:
Monitor the counting status.
⚫ OUTPUT:
Shows the current total number of
bottles.
⚫ RESET
After the setting bottle number is
completed. Press reset button to
recover standby status.
⚫ OUTPUT RE-ZERO
Reset the current total output as
zero.
SETTING PAGE
⚫ In this page, you can set up the
counts and bottles by your
requirement.
⚫ BOTTLE COUNTS(OFF):
The counting would continue to
count even the setting bottle is
achieved.

TEST PAGE
⚫ Press “Test Button” to test
whether the flap operated
smoothly or not, and the
vibration and table spinning.

4 Maintenance
4.1 Tank

Take apart the cover


Step1

Loose the knurled thumb screw


Step2
(Circle Part)
Take apart the hopper carefully
Step3

Clean the hopper with water


Step4

Dry the hopper


Step5

Step6 Assemble the tank with the

opposite steps.

4.2 Turntable

Step1: Take apart the hopper.

Step2: Loose the knurled thumb screws

marked as ○2 , and take apart the plate

marked as ○3 .

Step3: Loose the knurled thumb screws

marked as ○1 .

Step4: Take apart the track model carefully

avoid breaking acrylic shield marked as 7○6.

Step5: Loose the block marked as D.

Step6: Take apart the glass.

Step7: Clean the glass with water or alcohol.

Step8: Dry the glass and re-assemble the


counter by reverse step.

*Caution! There is a pin which is easy

to lost.

Caution:

1. While re-assemble the glass

fastener, if it is locked to tight, the

glass is hard to spin.

2. When clean the glass, please

4.3 Sensor

Step1. Please clean product sensor marked as ○1 with pneumatic gun and clean

window with alochol every day.

Step2. Please keep flapping shaft marked as ○2 clean every day.

Step3. Please clean the flapping unit internal marked as ○3 with pneumatic gun and

clean with alochol every day.

5 Trouble Shooting
5.1 Capsule/Capsule Overloads
A. Press emergency stop button, and turn the glass turntable clockwisely.,

B. Check if put too much capsules, please reduce some of the capsules.

5.2 No Power
A. Check if the power cable connects or damages.

B. Check if power switch is “ON”.

C. Check if the Emergency stop button is loose.

D. Check if the fuse is blown or not.

The fuse is right behind the


machine as the red mark indicates.

Pull out the fuse as the red mark


indicates.
