Start: Control conveyor belt, press is starting the convey belt, press it again it will stop
High/low speed: Switch button, press it will run up the conveyor, press again, it will slow down
Labeling/Not labeling: a switch type button, press it is AltTab, when switch to not labeling, it
won't label
Length of labeling: a numerical value change button after pressing the measuring mark, the label is
not to the right position of stripping, labeling effect will be not ideal. change the value could
adjust the right position of label and stripping board to achieve the ideal result.
Labeling delay: a numerical value change button according to the time from photo electricity to
the bottle to starting labeling change this value could adjust the time of labeling again at the right
position
Bottles delay: when the light induction to the bottles, the delay time of the cylinder of the bottles;
Labeling speed: show the current speed of labeling change its value could adjust the servo labeling
speed
Wheel speed: show the current speed of the operation wheel change its value could adjust the
speed
Labeling count: a numeric button after a label out to increase the count
Startup Picture: Press this button will turn back boot state.

Check the power supply is even on, and circuit is the electricity.
Photoelectric abnormal:
In labeling process, when the eye couldn't dected, it must adjust the magic eye sensitivity, if the
repeated adjustment is invalid, please replace the new products of the damage eye.
After pressing the button of labeling length, the system will calculate the label length and
clearance automatically, the length of labeling head, could be adjusted by the position of the
photoelectric detection.
Labeling front, middle buckling:
Adjust the match speed of the spoke and labeling, the labeling speed should be slower than the
spoke speed.
Labeling stick uneven:
Check the label is round or the parallel and the firmness of the wheel attached institution is
moderate if not please move the labeling institution to a parallel and adjust the firmness to be
moderate.
Ensure the label detection light eyes can illuminate to the label, readjust the label detection
magic eye(Two electric distance 3-5mm is advisable, at the same time, the detected label
distance should be above 3 mm).After the repeated adjustment is void, maybe the magic eye is
damage.
Warn:
Driver, Inverter, PLC can't be changed at will after changes equipment will be unable to normal operation.
1) This machine uses 220V single phase three wires, power grounding should be reliable, or a
danger of an electric shock.
2) On/ off time, should be more than 30 seconds, otherwise it's easy to damage electrical components.
3) Don't change the parameters of the servo driver and inverter, if there is a change, the machine may
not be regulated.
4) When you are operating the machine, please don't make the optical fiber ruffled, if there is ripple,
may cause the wrong labeling, and should change the fiber. Ensure the same size fiber when
replaces it.
5) Don't change the electric wires, data lines, tracheal interface at will, and should protect it from
damaging.
6) Avoid scratch when touch screen surface for fear that the touch disorders.
7) Host rubber wheel should be cleaned by alcohol, and please don't use edge tool when the surface
sticks on the label in case of the damage.
8) Keep clean of the conveyor belt, if the dirt is difficult to wipe, please use the brush to make it
clean.
9) The main labeling motor drive belt should be checked once a month, if it is too loose, adjust
properly. Please loosen the fixed screw of the servo motor, and hold the strap lock tight. Should
not hold the belt too tight, in case of causing the resonant noise from the servo motor machinery.
10) Each part of the bearing should be checked irregularly for fear that the screw loose to influence
work.
