1. Overview

This machine has a wide range of applications, small spot area, can be used alone or online with

the filling machine to complete the next packaging process. It is suitable for automatic packing

of bottled, pot and barreled products of various specifications,. According to the requirement

of packing quantity, the machine can automatically arrange the products and put them into the

box, and the filled products will be sent to the sealing machine automatically. This machine is

widely used in medicine, food, daily chemical and other light industries.

2. Performance characteristics

coordinated action, stable and accurate movement.

4. Workflow

The cartons are transported into the packing machine through the box feeding, and the accurate

positioning of the cartons is realized through the cooperation of the sensor and the box blocking

cylinder. After the cartons are in place, the carton motor lifts the cartons and waits for the bottles

to fall. At the same time, the bottle feeding mechanism arranges the bottles and transports them

to the drop box position. When the bottles are full, the bottle pressing cylinder presses the bottles

behind, and the bottle dividing cylinder acts. The bottles fall into the carton neatly, the drop box

motor falls, and the bottle dividing cylinder returns to the position, and the packing is completed.

5. Description of each part

5.1. Bottle feeding mechanism:

The bottle feeding mechanism is connected with the front production line to arrange and

transport the bottles to the bottle dropping mechanism. The guardrail is equipped with a

proximity switch, which can drop the bottle when the bottle is full, and can also prevent the

bottle from blocking at the bottle entrance. The width of the splitter plate should be adjusted for

different sizes of bottles, and the spacing of the splitter plate should be 2mm larger than the

diameter of the bottle.

5.2. Bottle dropping mechanism:

The bottle dropping mechanism is to pile up the orderly arranged bottles (containers) on the

conveyor and drop them into the empty cartons below. It is mainly composed of bottle pressing

mechanism, bottle dropping mechanism, bottle positioning detection mechanism and bottle

dropping guide device.

When the photoelectric switch detects that the bottles (containers) are full, and the empty carton

is sent to the bottom for jacking, the cylinder pulls the support plate at the bottom of the bottles

to make the piles of bottles (containers) fall into the carton from the gap between the bottle

dropping plates. When the bottle size changes, it is necessary to adjust the width of the bottle

dropping, the position of the detection mechanism, and the bottle dropping guide device.

5.3. Box connecting mechanism

The container receiving mechanism is to separate the empty cartons in sections, Jack them up in

turn, and when the bottles fall down, transport the cartons full of bottles to the sealing machine.

It is mainly composed of conveying chain, pressing air cylinder, blocking air cylinder and

connecting air cylinder. When the empty carton enters the conveying chain, the empty carton is

driven forward by the conveying chain. When the photoelectric switch detects that there is a

carton passing by, the empty carton pressing cylinder acts to press the empty carton behind and

stop the movement, so as to separate it from the front carton. At the same time, the box blocking

cylinder rises to block the front carton. When the front carton is in place, the conveying chain

stops, and the receiving cylinder lifts the empty carton to the top, waiting for the bottle to fall,

while the blocking cylinder falls. After the bottle falls down, the receiving cylinder falls down.

After it falls to the bottom, the conveying chain starts. After the carton full of bottles moves out

of the receiving position, the empty box cylinder retracts and the next empty box enters the

packing position. When the size of the carton changes, it is necessary to adjust the position of the

guardrail and photoelectric detection on the conveying chain.

6. Precautions for safety production

6.1. It is necessary to use the power socket and power cord equivalent to the installed capacity of

the machine.

6.2. The liquid container shall not leak or break, so as to avoid equipment failure, electric shock

and short circuit.

6.3. Do not use the machine in a highly humid and dusty environment.

6.4. During the production process, hands should not be extended into the moving parts to avoid

injury.

6.5. Do not start the machine when the air supply pressure is insufficient.

6.6. Turn off the power supply and air source when shutting down.

6.7. In principle, turn off the power supply when repairing the machine or removing faults.

6.8. in case of any abnormality, shut down the machine in time and find the maintenance

personnel to remove the fault. Avoid further accidents.
