I.An overview
Automatic film sealing and cutting machine, automatic unmanned

operation of packaging machine, widely used in mass production of

packaging flow, high work efficiency, automatic film punching, automatic

film sealing and cutting, automatic rewinding waste. Just manually adjust

the film guide system and the feeding platform for products of different

widths and heights. It can be used with automatic packing line.

This machine is mainly used for batch heat shrink packing of cosmetics,

printed matter, pharmacy, electrical appliance, food, beverage, hardware

and plastic, etc. It can be used together with jet heat shrink packing

machine to achieve complete and good shrinkage effect. In the

production of automatic assembly line with more embodiment of its

advantages. The machine has wide application scope, high economic

benefit and easy operation. This machine is suitable for POF heat shrink

packaging film. Compared with the traditional carton packaging, greatly

II. Product features
1. Sealing cutter uses Teflon coating anti-stick high temperature

aluminum alloy knife, sealing edge will not crack, not coking, no smoke

and pollution.

2. Temperature controller adopts digital display temperature controller,

built-in PID function, Temperature of sealing cutter is very sensitive and

accurate, can be set by yourself.

3. Automatic feeding, length can also be adjusted automatically by

photoelectric sensor and timer combination.

4. Sealing cutter itself also has automatic protection function, effectively

prevent cutting packages by mistake.

5. The whole set of machines really realize the unmanned operation

connection with the production line.

6. The use of original imported electrical components, reduce the failure

during process of the use.

IV.Introduction of operation panel

Introduced from left to right and top to bottom:

(1) Main power supply: the main power switch of the equipment.

(2) Power indicator: indicates whether there is power input. There is

power input, the light is on; Otherwise, it is off.

(3) Mode selection: Turn left to "manual" mode, turn right to "automatic"

mode.

(4) Horizontal sealing temperature: set the temperature of the horizontal

sealing cutter.

(5) Longitudinal sealing temperature: set the temperature of longitudinal

sealing cutter.

(6) Sealing and cutting time: set the sealing and cutting time of the cutter.

(7) Stroke setting: Set the sealing and cutting time after the packaging

object passes the photoelectric sensor.

(8) counter: display the number of packaged products.

The auxiliary buttons on the conveying table of equipment from left to

right are film feeding button, sealing and cutting button, emergency stop

button. The film feeding button and sealing and cutting button can only be

used in manual mode, and the emergency stop cannot replace the power

switch.

V. Directions of use

(1) Back film allowance setting


The longer time of the back film allowance is set, the longer the excess

part of the shrink film will be. If the time is set too long, it may make the

shrink not beautiful (the shrink film on the packaging surface will produce

relaxation phenomenon after the shrink of the packaging); If the setting

time is too short, the horizontal sealing cutter may cut into the packaged

object. Usually the time is 0.1-0.5 seconds, but because the thickness of

the packaging is different, the time is not the same, need adjusting

carefully.

(2) Horizontal sealing time to be set

The longer the horizontal sealing time is set, the longer the horizontal

sealing cutter will cut off. If the setting time is too long, the packaging film

may melt or stick to the knife, causing unnecessary trouble. If the setting

time is too short, the packaging film may not be cut off, affecting the

packaging process. Usually 1.0-2.0 seconds, but because of the

thickness of the packaging material is different, the time is not the same,

need adjusting carefully.

(3)counter of packaging

When the package goes through the electric eye switch and the sealing

cutter drops and rises again, the number on the package counter will

increase by one (the number on the counter will return to zero, press the

"count clear" button below).

(4)  Photoelectric sensor (installed on both sides of the

conveyor belt)

When the packing object passes through the photoelectric sensor, the

stroke setting device is activated, and the sealing cutter is lowered to seal

and cut. The model uses Omron photoelectric sensor, stable

performance, long service life. By adjusting the photoelectric position, to

control the length of the film allowance.

(5)Switch button for working mode


When installing the film or debugging the machine, the manual position

must be selected. At this time, the conveyor belt does not run and the

electric eye is closed. Select automatic position when formal packaging,

at this time the conveyor belt operation, electric eye start. When the

package touches the electric eye, the sealing cutter will drop

automatically. Please be careful not to touch the electric eye and sealing

cutter with your hands.

(6)Sealing and cutting temperature
Usually the horizontal sealing cutter is set at about 180°C-200°C, and the

vertical sealing cutter is set at about 180°C-200°C (the material and

thickness of the shrink film are different and different).

(7) Cylinder
Drain the water at least once a month (close to the white button below

the cylinder, the water will come out) and check the oil at least once a

month.

VI. operation steps


1, input about 6kg/cm2 air pressure, at this time the sealing cutter rises.

2. Install the shrink film (please refer to Figure 4).

3, access 220v power supply, open the power switch, at this time the

heating begins immediately, set the temperature control temperature, be

sure to put the selection switch in the manual position.

4. Adjust the position of the supply conveyor belt, so that the packaging is

just suitable for passing.

5. Adjust the height of the triangle board slightly higher than the height of

the packaging.

6. Hold the opening side of the folded shrink film by hand, and then lead

it into the entrance of the traction chain. Press the button of film feeding

on the table with the other hand, and the film will lead into the longitudinal

sealing mechanism. (Pay attention to finger safety)

7. After the film is introduced into the vertical sealing mechanism, if the

heating temperature has reached the set value, you can manually seal

and cut by pressing the sealing and cutting button on the table. (Manual

sealing and cutting time is about 1 second)

8. After sealing and cutting, the selection switch can be switched to

automatic mode at this time, and automatic packaging can be tried.

When the length of waste side material is enough, the material head can

be tied to the receiving plate.

Upper film: the upper triangle plate is adjusted towards the direction of

feeding, and the upper film runs outward. Upper triangle plate to

discharge side to adjust, the upper film runs inward.

Lower film: the balance bar is adjusted upward, and the lower film is

moved inward: the balance bar is moved downward to adjust, the lower

film runs out.

Note: the upper and lower positions of the film feeding lever are more

important; The upper and lower triangle boards should be roughly

balanced.
