Contoh:”Many Americans were injured or lost their lives in this recent
national tragedy”.
2.Verb
Contoh:”you can talk to them and ask them questions”.
3.Adejtive
Contoh:”I want to assure you that many people including your family love
and care for you and take care of your safety”.
4.Adverb
Contoh:” all their friends and loved ones also feel sad scared or confused”.

Bagian 2 Pharses

a.Noun phrases adalah sebuah noun baru yang di bentuk dari berbagai jenis
kata yang di rangkai jadi satu.
Contoh:” they go to the police station look four their lost daughter”
“don’t change the tv channael while I’m taking the popcorn”
“may I borrow your pencil shar pener before the exam stars”.
b.Verb phrases adalah sekumpulam kata yang bertindak atau
merepresentasikan diri sebagasi kata kerja.
Contoh:”he tries so hard”
“ he should have tried her best”
“it must have been noted by now”.
c.Adjective phrases adalah kumpulan kata-kata yang menggambarkan
sebuah subyek atau objek di dalam kalimat.
Contoh:”the exam was not too difficult “
“ the music from next door was annoyingly lound”
“I usually eat something that is not very healthy”.
 d.adverbial Phrases adalah frase kata merupakan rangkaian atau gabungan dari
beberapa kata yang membentuk keterangan .
Contoh:” they couldn’t do anything during the strom”
“the customer always pays the bill with his debit card”
“I’m on flight to bandung”.
e.Preposition Phrases merupakan preposisi, merupakan kata benda yang
diikuti oleh noun.
Contoh:”you have to go with your parents”
“the café near AB book store is favorite”
“today is the first day of the month”.

Bagian 3 Clause

a.Independent clause sebuah klausa yang biisa berdiri sendiri dan menjadi kalimat
utuh serta arti yang utuh, sedangkan dependent clause merupakan sekelompok
kata yang memiliki satu subyek dan satu kata kerja tapi maknanya kurang
lengkap.
Contoh:”I’m singing”.
