O Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son, And Holy Spirit, I adore You profoundly and

satisfaction for all the outrages, sacrileges, and indifferences committed
against Him.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, I pray for the conversion of sinners, Amen.

Liturgy of the word

First Reading: 2 Cor 5:20-6:2

A reading from the Letter of Paul to the Corinthians

We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his
appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to
God. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might
become the righteousness of God.

As God’s co-workers we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain. 2 For he

says,

“In the time of my favor I heard you,

    and in the day of salvation I helped you.”
I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.

Word of the Lord

Responsorial Psalm:Ps 51

Response: Be Merciful, Lord, for we have sinned.

1. Have mercy on me, O God,

    according to your unfailing love;
according to your great compassion
    blot out my transgressions.
2. Against you, you only, have I sinned
    and done what is evil in your sight;
so you are right in your verdict
    and justified when you judge.
3. Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean;
    wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.
4. Create in me a pure heart, O God,
    and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Gospel: Mt. 5:20-26

A reading from the Holy Gospel according To Matthew.

For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees
and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of
heaven.“You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall
not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’  But I tell
you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to
judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’ is
answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger
of the fire of hell. “Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and
there remember that your brother or sister has something against
you,  leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to
them; then come and offer your gift. “Settle matters quickly with your
adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still together on the
way, or your adversary may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may
hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison. Truly I tell
you, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny.

Homily…

Silent Reflection/confession (music enter)

Thanksgiving After Confession

O most merciful God, who according to the multitude of Thy mercies dost so
put away the sins of those who truly repent that Thou rememberest them no
more: look graciously upon me, Thine unworthy servant, and accept my
confession for Thy mercy's sake; receive my humble thanks, most loving
Father, that of Thy great goodness Thou hast given me pardon for all my
sins. O may Thy love and pity supply whatsoever has been wanting in the
sufficiency of my contrition, and the fulness of my confession. And do Thou,
O Lord, vouchsafe to grant me the help of Thy grace, that I may diligently
amend my life and persevere in Thy service unto the end, through Jesus
Christ our Lord. Amen.

Celebrant: God has reconciled us to Himself and to one another by the

death and resurrection of His Son. Let us pray to our Father in Love;
