SERIES OF 2020 COAMUARY +) SUSPENSION OF IMPOSITION OF PENALTY FOR LATE RENEWAL OF REGISTRATION OF REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS Considering the consolidation and transitioning of the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board and the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council into the new Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development, including therewith the actual physical transferring of offices and co-locationing of employees which affected the frontline services of the different Regional Offices, the imposition of penalty for late renewal of registration of licensed real estate brokers and accredited salespersons is hereby SUSPENDED until January 31, 2020. Thereafter, the penalty for late renewal shall be re-imposed in accordance with existing rules and regulations, and circulars pertinent thereto. This Department Order shall take effect immediately.
