MODULE 9. POST TEST
NAME: Ibrahim Ouabed SECTION:MAR213
PROF. Myra Belle M. Malitao DATE:
DAY&TIME: SCORE:
1. In your own point of view, does arm strength helps to develop a good
smash? (10points)

Increasing arm strength can help in a variety of ways, including protecting bones, improving posture, and reducing the risk of injury. Of course, if you have strong arms and work on
them, you will have a strong smash. If the grip is good and the racket grip is stable, a strong arm will help provide a strong smash. Since the arm is strong, you can strengthen the arm
and hit the ball further, which makes it easier to handle the racket.
